How to be Sad / How to be Happy

If you want to be sad, here's our simple three-step formula:
1. Think really, really hard about things that make you sad.
2. Talk about those things in a "sad voice"
3. Purse your lips (you can cry if you want), hunch your shoulders, and lower your eyes

If, on the other had, you decide you want to be happy, here's another simple three-step formula:
1. Think really, really hard about things that make you happy.
2. Talk about those things in a "happy voice"
3. Smile (you can laugh if you want), drop your shoulders, and lift your eyes up to the world
